1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with several trusted shipping carriers, such as:

  • JNE

  • J&T Express

  • SiCepat

  • Pos Indonesia

  • Etc.

Available shipping options will appear during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination location:

  • West Java & Java Island: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Java Island: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or national holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:

  • Product weight

  • Delivery address

  • Selected shipping carrier

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email

You can track your shipment on the courier’s official website.

6. Shipping Delays

If a delay occurs, we will assist in contacting the courier. However, delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package with:

  • Photos of the package

  • An unboxing video

We will assist you in resolving the issue.
